Arjun Ram Meghwal (born 20 December 1953) is an Indian politician who has been the Minister of Law and Justice (Independent Charge), Government of India since 2023, as well as the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs from 2017 and Culture since 2021 in the Second Modi government.
Meghwal, a BJD member, previously served as Chief Whip, Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises from 2019 to 2021, Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs from 2016 to 2017, and Minister of State for Water Resources from 2016 to 2017. He has also served in the Lok Sabha since 2009, representing the Rajasthan constituency of Bikaner. In 2013, he was named Best Parliamentarian.

On December 20, 1953, in the little village of Kishmidesar in the Rajasthani province of Bikaner, Arjun Ram Meghwal was born. His undergraduate degree came from Bikaner’s Government Dungar College, and his legal education was completed at Rajasthan University.
He attended Dungar College in Bikaner, India, and the University of the Philippines in the Philippines to earn his MA in Political Science, LLB, and MBA degrees.
